Our current delivery fee is $20/kg — PLEASE NOTE: if the volume weight is bigger than the net weight, the delivery fee will be calculated via its volume weight.

Delivery schedule: cutoff every Thursday at our Seoul warehouse, arriving in Sydney and dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery fee: minimum size 48×38×34cm — $70 per box. For any box bigger than the minimum size, please send us the dimensions and weight and we will provide you with an estimated quote.
Delivery schedule: after the scheduled deadline date, transit takes approximately 40–50 days. Once it arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a notification for delivery arrangements as soon as it is ready for dispatch.

Boxes over 20kg are restricted — this is to ensure our workers' safety and a safer arrival of parcels.
Parcels containing wooden materials require separate sanitization; please email us about these items before they are sent to our warehouse.
At the end of the address, please write your name and Australian contact number; due to privacy laws in Korea, your details may be omitted if indicated on the recipient name. Please also write your contact details (recipient name, contact number, Australian address) on the box itself.
